Hello Friends and Family,
Just a quick update for you all!
Today I am 33 weeks and 1 day :) and am feeling every bit of it! I think yesterday that Haevyn had a growth spurt because today the top part of my tummy is achy and hurting...like it stretched a lot. So, I am dealing with that...along with 3rd trimester morning sickness. I must be bound and determined to be sick daily or something...but it is just a fact of pregnancy, so I am dealing with it as it comes...which is pretty often :).
This past weekend we had a wonderful shower hosted by our friends in Clovis. God is sooo good to us and our friends provided so much for Haevyn! So now, we can actually have her...we have a car seat! Her room is coming together nicely. My mom came to town and helped with picking out curtains for the closet and putting stuff together. We had so much fun! I will try to get some good pictures in the next few days and post them.
I am a little disappointed in our camera, so I may go buy a new one at Wal-Mart. You can't have a new child with a crappy camera!
Okay. That is it for now. I go back to the dr. next Monday (23rd) and will have an update then!

28 Weeks
Welcome Family & Friends! What a joyous time in our lives! Thank you for spending your time looking at our site and keeping updated in our lives. It means more than we can ever share!
Currently, I am 28 weeks pregnant with our baby girl! And she is growing rapidly. At my doctor's appt. on Monday, Feb. 9, they said she was right on target in size! Now we are just anxiously preparing her room and her big brothers for such a big step. We have assembled the crib and will be ordering the changing table in the next week or so. We have LOTS to do, and it seems like we have time, but in reality, she will come when she is ready...so we better be prepared!
For those of you that don't know, her name is Haevyn Baisley. We have loved the name Haevyn for our entire marriage and Baisley is Ben's mom's maiden name. We hope that Haevyn will feel honored to have a name that carries such grace and love.
As you can see, I get bigger and bigger. I really need to take a 28 week picture. This picture posted is at week 26, and not surprisingly I am quite a bit larger. After not gaining anything in the first two trimesters, I am gaining daily...which I suppose is a blessing, at least for Haevyn.
Please check in regularly, as I will try to keep this blog site going...especially after Haevyn is born. This weekend I am going to work on the nursery, and maybe I will be able to post some nursery pictures!
